The # 28 and 91 Muni Buses stop at 19th Avenue and Taraval, stumbling distance from the Prelube.  We will mark trail from prelube to the start for all you grid-averse wankers.  The KT stop at the West Portal Station is .6 miles from the start.  The start of Trail will be at the entrance to Sigmund Stern Grove, across Wawona Street from Charlie Sava Pool.  The Van will be near but probably not right at the start due to the many Rec and Park vehicles .

The hares have given up on the weather in San Francisco this summer.  We have arranged to have real Irish Pub Grub inside at the Shannon Arms.  It will include home made Irish soda and brown bread with Irish butter, sandwiches and probably hashy beerday cake.   We are doing our best to get the pack to the on-after by 8:30.  Trails will be laid in advance and the pack will be sent off at 6:30(the pack has been standing around in the wind for too long all summer)  Your part will be to arrive on time.
